Implement solutions to improve business processes. Prepare documentation of current and desired states. Gather requirements and understand business needs. Align process improvements with business goals.

Qualifications 3 years of experience preferred over educational qualifications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with process flow documentation and SOP creation. Ability to work independently with guidance. Curiosity, follow-through, and critical thinking skills. Experience in revenue cycle in healthcare.
