The Head of Brand Merchandising - Childrenswear will lead and develop the overall brand and product merchandising strategy for the children's division, inclusive of Boys, Girls, & Baby. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute annual & seasonal merchandising strategies aligned with brand positioning and financial objectives; Lead development of product briefs & pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability; Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to inform development of seasonal line planning; Partner with Creative Director to drive brand vision through to the consumer in product and all consumer touchpoints from marketing to in store and online experiences. Partner with Design and Production teams to ensure optimal product development and calendar adherence; Lead all operational activities required to bring product to market; Guide and mentor the merchandising team, fostering professional development and high performance; Salary range: $119,000 - $242,605 annually. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred; Progressive apparel focused merchandising experience preferred; Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills; Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability; Excellence in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration; Strong PowerPoint skillset; Preferred Skills

Experience with luxury or premium brands; Strong negotiation skills; Proficiency in merchandising systems and data analytics tools; International market experience;
