Competitive salary + equity Backed by 8VC, we're building a world-class team to tackle one of the industry’s most critical infrastructure problems. About The Role

We’re hiring an Executive Business Partner to support our co-founders (CEO, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Technology Officer) as we scale Fabrion from the ground up. This is not a traditional EA role — you’ll be a trusted partner and force multiplier for the founding team, ensuring their time, priorities, and relationships are focused on what drives the most impact. You’ll be at the center of our operating rhythm: coordinating calendars and priorities, searching for new office location(s), driving follow-through on critical initiatives, and helping shape the systems that keep the team moving fast. You’ll also represent Fabrion externally with professionalism and warmth, building trust with customers, partners, and investors. Along the way, you’ll help us experiment with and adopt AI-powered workflows that boost productivity and scale our impact. If you’re highly organized, proactive, thrive in dynamic environments — and want a front-row seat to building an AI-native startup — this role is for you. Responsibilities

Provide high-level support to the co-founders (CEO, CPO, and CTO) — manage calendars, priorities, and day-to-day flow Coordinate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure execution on critical initiatives Organize board meetings, investor updates, and customer engagements, including logistics and prep materials Draft, refine, and manage presentations, communications, and briefing documents Act as the first point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring a strong and professional first impression Build lightweight processes and tools that help the founding team move faster — including identifying and implementing AI-powered productivity tools Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity What We’re Looking For

Experience:

5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or Chief of Staff supporting senior executives or founders Strong background in high-growth, fast-paced environments — ideally venture-backed startups Proven track record of managing complex scheduling, logistics, and communications with precision Experience preparing materials for investors, boards, or executive-level meetings Mindset:

Highly proactive and resourceful — anticipates needs before they arise Thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly as priorities shift Excellent communicator — clear, concise, and confident Discreet, trustworthy, and dependable with sensitive information Energized by building from scratch and wearing multiple hats Excited to leverage and experiment with AI tools to streamline workflows and boost productivity Bonus:

Experience supporting a founding team in an early-stage startup Familiarity with enterprise software, AI, or supply chain industries Comfort with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana) and curiosity to adopt AI-powered productivity tools Why Join

Work directly with the founding team at the most formative stage of the company True ownership — equity, influence, and the ability to shape how the company operates Front-row seat to the building of a venture-backed, AI-native startup Mission-driven team solving complex data and AI challenges with global impact A culture that values velocity, clarity, and trust — with plenty of room to grow as the company scales
