This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, sales, product, and market intelligence. You’ll be an early team member helping define how Fabrion brings its platform to market — identifying new opportunities, crafting ROI cases, driving outbound research, and supporting partnerships and deals with OEMs, Tier 1s, and global manufacturers. You’ll work closely with our CEO, CPO and CTO to analyze top-priority customer pain points, translate them into product insights, and help structure high-ROI engagements. This is a unique opportunity to help build the commercial foundation of a category-defining company. Responsibilities

Experience in the automotive industry, particularly at an OEM and/or Tier 1 supplier, is a must. 2–5 years in business development, sales, investment banking or management consulting. Exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI platforms preferred. Experience crafting decks and financial models that influence executive-level decision-making. Mindset:
Strong analytical thinker with sharp commercial instincts; clear communicator — structured, succinct, and persuasive; self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and moves with urgency; highly organized with excellent attention to detail; energized by building from scratch and wearing multiple hats; curious about AI, industrial transformation, and global manufacturing.
