Location: This role will be located out of our San Francisco or Los Angeles offices with a hybrid work schedule; 2 days in-office. Job Overview We are looking for a seasoned insurance professional who wants to be part of an EPIC Team. We want a leader who is versed in the property markets, has the ability to analyze clients’ risks and exposures with the skillset of tailoring and negotiating an insurance program for our clients. We are looking for a driven individual who works well with minimal supervision with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. It is preferred that you have experience in the real estate/property and development arena but more importantly, we are looking for a professional with at least 10 years experience in a Client Executive role or similar. Be part of an experienced and collaborative team that supports marquee property owners and developers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Join the team that will be part of the continuous growth of the Bay Area! Essential Duties And Responsibilities Primary expert resource and first point of contact for clients. For new and renewal business, analyze relevant client data (e.g. exposures, risk tolerance, loss experience data, contractual obligations) to conduct a successful marketing endeavor. Provide market comparisons detailing the coverage and rate information and outline the benefits or faults of each. Makes recommendations on proposed policy terms; reviews and negotiates endorsement language. Develop and continue strong relationships with a wide range of business partners, including underwriters, London brokers, wholesale brokers, and other professional service providers. Coordinate with clients, contractors and vendors to satisfy insurance obligations. Lead strategic discussions with clients to identify evolving risk profiles and proactively recommend program enhancements. Collaborate internally across EPIC’s team resources to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Education And/Or Experience College degree 10+ years as a Client Executive or similar Microsoft Office and key applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with structuring/negotiating shared and layered insurance programs. Experience with OCIP/CCIP wrap-up programs and builders’ risk placements is a plus. Compensation The national average salary for this role is $175,000.00 - $190,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
