Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service representative to join their growing team! Before you apply, this role
requires an active Property & Casualty license for Florida .
Our client is a growing independent insurance agency based in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service representative, the responsibilities include account coordination, providing technical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional support.
Process certificates of insurance and evidence of property for new and renewal policies.
Handle policy changes, endorsements, audits and monthly reports with accuracy and efficiency.
Issue Auto ID cards and prepare policies for delivery.
Order and review loss runs and prepare loss summaries.
Obtain and review Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs).
Assist with claims processing, including data entry, status tracking, and closing claims.
Manage file organization, Applied activity input, and clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, proofreading, and document preparation.
Provide front desk backup as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client concerns effectively.
Enter information into various insurance company databases to obtain quotes (upon completion of initial training)
Education & Work Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 yearsor more of insurance experience in customer support, insurance, or administrative coordination.
4-40 Insurance License
or
2-20 Insurance License (Required)
