Project Engineer

As the Project Engineer, you’ll support large-scale marine and heavy civil construction projects. This role bridges the field and office, working directly with superintendents and crews to keep operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily field operations, labor, materials, and equipment Track production, quantities, and progress reports Lead and support safety and quality compliance (OSHA, MSHA, USACE standards) Perform surveying and assist with project documentation, as-builts, and reports Support scheduling, forecasting, and problem-solving to avoid delays Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in marine or heavy civil construction (field/project engineer, superintendent, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and construction document control Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a TWIC card Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed Bonus Points:
