R3950--- --- ---The Gogo **Senior** **Financial Analyst-Revenue** is responsible for financial modeling and forecasting in a fast-growing technology company. This position will be a key contributor to the FP&A function at Gogo. You will include developing revenue forecast/budget and long-term plan, including key revenue metrics, supporting quarterly earnings calls and MD&A analysis, formulating analysis of financial and operational data to support effective decision-making and large company wide initiatives.Come on board the Gogo Finance team!* Support and maintain detailed revenue forecast, budget, and long-range plans across all revenue streams* Assist with revenue-related reporting for quarterly earnings call, MD&A and related analysis* Analyze actual revenue performance versus forecast and budget, identifying key trends, variances, and drivers* Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to understand drivers for forecast and budget* Monitor key performance indicators and maintain dashboards for tracking business performance* Enhance and improve financial planning models for both short-term as well as multi-year forecast* Become a power user of the Hyperion planning system and SmartView add-in to facilitate efficient reporting and planning process.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree in **Finance**, **Accounting**, **Business**, or a related field* 4-7 years of experience in a financial role**Required Skills, Talents & Experience*** Advanced skills in **Microsoft Excel** including **complex formulas**, **pivot tables** and **charts*** Ability to employ complex **analytical tools** and **statistics** to perform analysis and **forecasting** of financial and other business information. **Extensive modeling experience required*** Strong **business modeling** skills, capable of translating business logic to modeling logic to bring insights to the senior management team and support the business teams as needed* Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skills* Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, making good decisions based on business priorities and objectives**Preferred Skills, Talents & Experience*** CPA or MBA degree a plus**Equal Pay Disclosure(s)****Base Pay**:72,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD Annual**Target Annual Short-Term Incentive**:Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)**Eligible for Incentive Stock Program**:Yes**Benefits**:Gogo offers competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage with plans that can fit each employee’s needs.
