Job Duties:
Associate, Sales at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Miami, Florida. Create comprehensive wealth management plans for ultra-high net worth individuals and families, mainly based in Brazil, as well as select institutions including foundations and endowments. Formulate and communicate investment views for clients' portfolios, addressing questions in English and Portuguese about market developments and outlining the Firm's investment thesis across all global asset classes, including public equities, fixed income, derivatives, foreign currencies, hedge funds, real estate, private equity, and bank lending. Work directly with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies. Support existing client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and build a network of intermediaries in the Brazil market. Offer an investment platform that includes the firm's US-based trading authorization, tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning, private banking, and lending services. Develop asset allocation strategies and holistic wealth advisory recommendations. Job Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with two (2) years of experience with a Master’s or five (5) years with a Bachelor’s in the role or related field. Experience must include growing investor bases, expanding revenues, screening investment opportunities, conducting market research, and financial analysis of Latin American businesses. Networking with UHNW individuals and institutional investors, scheduling meetings, and relationship building experience. Skills in structuring, negotiating, and raising capital from Brazilian investors. Knowledge of equity valuation techniques such as DCF, SOTP, and DDM. Fluency in Portuguese required. Travel to Brazil up to 30% of the time, with all costs covered by the Firm. Additional Benefits:
