Gilbane is looking for a

Senior Payroll Account Tax Analyst

to join our team! Under general direction of the Payroll Manager/Director, oversees employer and employee tax related functions within payroll while adhering to Federal, State/Provincial and Local tax regulations as well as vendor requirements. Insures timely and accurate filing and payment of taxes. Researches and rectifies inquiries from employees and external agencies related to filings, payments, and audits. Internally analyzes and audits payroll tax setup within the payroll system and vendor tax system. Compiles and reports payroll financials related to international assignees and business traveler taxation. Involved in testing of payroll tax updates in the payroll system.
