Job: Senior Manager of SEC Reporting/Tech Accounting

Title Senior Manager of SEC Reporting/Tech Accounting Our client, located in Vienna, VA is searching for a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting/Tech Accounting to join their team. This position will be responsible for preparation and filing of SEC/10K and related Proxy/10Q reports. preparation of financial statements, drafting of footnotes and disclosures, review and analysis of technical accounting issues, share-based compensation/earnings reporting and working with external auditors. Ideally, searching for someone with 8+ years of experience, CPA and public accounting. Compensation targeted up to $185K + bonus.
