Residential Property Accountant – Up to $95k/yr

What You’ll Do
Manage monthly accounting processes: rent, lease adjustments, reconciliations, journal entries, and payments (mortgages, taxes, fees)
Complete month-end closings, prepare lender/investor reports, and support annual audits
Monitor property cash flow, process transfers/distributions, and maintain financial accuracy
What You’ll Need
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
2+ years of residential property (multi-family) accounting experience
Hands-on experience with Yardi software
Strong Excel skills
Ability to work onsite full-time (with potential for one remote day per week after training)
