Indev
InDev is seeking a highly skilled, hybrid developer with expertise across Tableau, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse) to build mission-critical data solutions for federal clients. This role blends advanced data visualization with custom application development to drive strategic insights and modernize legacy systems.
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, optimize, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau.
Develop custom solutions on the Power Platform, including model-driven and canvas Power Apps; automate workflows via Power Automate; design intuitive UIs; integrate Dataverse; and create SharePoint pages.
Migrate and integrate legacy systems, manage APIs and data flows, and build standalone applications using Power Pages to capture and store information via Dataverse.
Maintain governance, performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards across BI and custom development platforms.
Collaborate closely within agile, cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business priorities.
Support all phases of the SDLC, including design, testing, QA, documentation, configuration management, and backlog maintenance.
Provide ad hoc analytics support and troubleshoot data or application issues as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a federal badge or background investigation (DHS Public Trust or higher).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
At least five years of experience developing with Tableau.
At least five years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
Strong SQL skills and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
Expertise in Canvas and model-driven apps, UI/UX design, accessibility (Section 508), and user-centered design.
Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, reliability, and architectural integrity.
Agile/Scrum experience, including testing, backlog management, and deployment processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS Power Platform certifications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint). Prior federal consulting or team lead experience. Experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Qlik Sense/QlikView.
