The Opportunity: CACIs Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a Senior Power Platform software developer with experience developing applications and products within the Power Platform family to support a key DoD program. ASF programs foster innovation and agile collaboration across geographically distributed teams, cybersecurity, and other stakeholders. You will be part of an Agile team delivering Power Platform based solutions and collaborating with team members and stakeholders to refine requirements, track work on an agile board, and ensure user needs are met within standards. You will report on progress during daily developer sessions. The ideal candidate will have experience building complex Power Apps applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Experience with Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages websites is desirable. As an Agile Scru mb an team member, you will refine requirements with stakeholders, and help ensure alignment with business processes. Responsibilities

Power Apps application developer using model‑driven design, Canvas apps, and Power Pages. Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations. Create Power Automate workflows. Develop client-facing websites and forms using Power Apps Portal. Capture data requirements with stakeholders and document in an agile management tool. Maintain application baselines in four environments. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to model processes and develop data validation. Ensure application processes stay aligned with business processes. Assist Business Analysts in developing and evaluating requirements. Manage and respond to user tickets. Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT). Qualifications

U.S. Citizen with an active Secret DoD security clearance (interim clearance considered). B.S. or M.S. in Information Assurance, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (experience may substitute education). Minimum of 5 years related technical experience. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team. Highly responsible, team-oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Solution-based thinker capable of resolving complex technical challenges. Experience in a Scru mb an Agile environment and leading a sub-team of developers. Ability to attain DoD 8140.03 compliant certification. Works well with limited oversight. Required

Extensive experience developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Model-driven and Canvas Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, Power Apps Pipeline) in Azure. Extensive experience in developing Power BI reports and visualizations. Experience creating automated workflows with Power Automate. Experience with transforming data architecture using the Dataverse data platform. Experience building and maintaining Dataverse data tables. Experience with Power Apps Pipeline for moving apps between tiers. Experience in large‑scale data management and data modeling. Experience providing status briefings and demos to customers. Experience translating customer requirements into functional requirements (User Stories/Backlog Items). Support new user requirements and assist with planning features for future releases. Lead development efforts. Desired

Experience designing and implementing data models in Microsoft 365. Experience with environments with many different business user types. Experience developing SharePoint customized apps using Power Apps. Design and develop data exchanges per System Interface Agreements. Experience developing modern pages on SharePoint Online.
