Tuesday, July 15, 2025 FINANCIAL ANALYST The financial analyst supports the delivery of high-quality financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Americas Region. What You'll Do Support the review of monthly financial results, including performing trend and variance analysis to identify key drivers. Partner with accounting, group finance, and the business to ensure all significant drivers are known to effectively support decision-making. Produce and deliver key daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the direct-to-consumer channels. Assist with oversight of regional overheads, including business partnering with post center owners to establish individual cost center budgets and forecasts, and lead the production and delivery of monthly cost center reports. Assist in reviewing regional overheads monthly, including key accruals, and develop trend analyses to highlight risks and opportunities. Support the delivery of commercial finance activities for the region, including budgets, forecasts, and regular financial performance reviews. Participate in cross-functional projects and ad hoc analyses as required.
