Finance Manager to join the New Seller Success (NSS) team within Selling Partner Experience (SPX). Support millions of selling partners across 20+ countries and contribute to Amazon\'s vision of offering the earth’s largest selection and the best prices. Focus on financial insights that influence business planning, operational expenses, and strategic investments across the organization. Responsibilities

Review and prepare financial analysis for program opportunities Conduct regular inspections of business performance, analyzing key metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization Deep dives on business inputs to perform variance analysis, identify product gaps and opportunities Collaborate effectively with product and operations leaders to achieve financial goals and drive success Deliver insightful recommendations to business partners, encompassing cost-saving measures and process enhancements Evaluate new projects and assess existing initiatives to provide well-informed go/no-go recommendations Stack rank projects for investments to optimize support for Amazon selling partners and help Amazon maximize free cash flow Basic Qualifications

5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) MBA, or CPA Knowledge of SQL/ETL Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
