Job Title: Oracle EBS Developer
Location: San Antonio, TX
Clearance: Public Trust
Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS) is seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Developer to join our Agile Scrum team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and break-fix support of custom Oracle objects within the Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), with a focus on Maintenance and Financials modules. You will work closely with functional and technical team members to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support business operations and client needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on development experience within Oracle EBS applications
Proficiency in SOA, Java, and PL/SQL
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)
Familiarity with Oracle modules related to Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Financials
Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Work Environment Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing. Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client. Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by OTS.
