Senior Data Scientist
to play a key role in advancing our machine learning and analytics capabilities. This position focuses on designing, training, and deploying production-grade models within the
Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem . The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, while showing potential to grow into a broader strategic role over time. Why Join Us?

Develop and deploy
machine learning and statistical models
using
Azure
and
Microsoft Fabric . Conduct
quantitative research
such as forecasting, optimization, and causal analysis to address business challenges. Ensure models are
robust, interpretable, and maintainable
in production environments. Use Microsoft Fabric tools for
data integration, preparation, and analysis . Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver
scalable, data-driven solutions . Present model results and insights in a clear, impactful way to both technical and non-technical audiences. Contribute to
mentoring peers , sharing best practices, and strengthening the data science culture. Skills & Experience
Master’s or Ph.D. in
Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field . 5–7+ years of experience in
applied data science and machine learning , with experience deploying models in production. Strong expertise in
Azure ML
and working knowledge of
Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Synapse, Power BI). Proficiency in
Python and SQL , with depth in
statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and ML frameworks . Experience with
time-series forecasting, optimization, or NLP . Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex results in simple terms. Exposure to
MLOps practices on Azure ML (pipelines, monitoring, lifecycle management). Familiarity with
business domains such as energy, finance, or commodities. Strong skills in
data visualization and storytelling (Power BI, matplotlib, Plotly).
