Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree. Expertise in BIM software (Archicad preferred, but will consider Revit or AutoCAD) Multifamily and affordable housing project experience is a plus Track record of taking projects from concept through detailed design phases Experience with existing building renovations and adaptive reuse preferred Responsibilities
