Associate Attorney – Global Transportation Finance
to join their team in Miami. The successful candidate will join a team of over 60 lawyers representing major banks, leasing companies, airlines, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other investors in a wide range of complex international and domestic transactions. These focus on financing, leasing, acquisition and disposition, restructuring, and enforcement of aviation, rail, maritime, and general equipment assets.
