Paralegal

Overview of the Position The Paralegal is a member of the Clerk’s Office located in the National Courts Building, 717 Madison Place, NW, Washington, D.C. The incumbent performs a variety of duties including assisting the court by independently responding to inquiries from parties regarding cases, finalizing documents for filing, independently reviewing and responding to motions, generating statistical reports, researching legal questions, and preparing memoranda. The federal Judiciary is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
