DCCA is the prime contractor for a government program that delivers critical technical solutions using emerging technologies such as cloud computing, high-performance computing, and enterprise architecture. TS/SCI with poly required.

Responsibilities:

The Program Integrator will assist PEO leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines, monitoring program health, and reporting on progress.

Perform holistic analysis to minimize costs and risks, ensure effective budgeting, and timely delivery.

Support HPC-specific applications and development to enhance knowledge management efforts.

Manage artifacts, program documents, and system/application documentation.

Interface across teams to facilitate sustainment efforts of HPC services.

Experience with Jira and Confluence is required; familiarity with Adobe and Visio is preferred.

Requirements:

Four (4) years of experience in DoD program, contract, or financial management, plus a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or seven (7) years of experience with a Project Management Institute PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA Level II certification in lieu of a degree.

Additional two (2) years of experience can substitute for certification, totaling nine (9) years.

Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.

Intermediate MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Training in Lean Six Sigma is a bonus.

Salary and Benefits: The salary range in Maryland is $100,000 to $115,000, based on various factors. Benefits include healthcare, retirement, paid disability and life insurance, employee assistance, paid/unpaid leave, education support, and wellness programs.
