serve as the Chief Scrum Master across all delivery teams within a product. Delivery Managers are responsible for managing communication across program stakeholders, defining mitigation strategies to remediate risks and issues, and ensuring that delivered value aligns with the product vision defined by business partners and CDS. Role

Delivery Manager

will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Warehouse Business Solutions Merchandise Systems POD and System Administration POD supporting solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple initiatives concurrently, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement, and vendor management to ensure high-quality project outcomes. The Delivery Manager will also handle outward-facing responsibilities, including financial tracking, stakeholder relationships, supporting Product Owners, and providing clear, timely communication and progress reporting to senior leadership and the broader organization. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail for disciplined execution and measurable business value. Leads end-to-end project management for complex initiatives from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, closure, and helps allocate resources and provide teams with support to remediate impediments and issues. Creates weekly reports highlighting overall delivery health to program leadership and stakeholders. Coordinates resolution of internal and external dependencies across pods, value streams, and shared services. Aggregates pod status into portfolio-level risks, assumptions, and interdependencies. Supports problem resolution, resolves issues, and acts on feedback and usage of in-life products. Understands OKR framework and works with the team to measure outcomes. Manages budgets, SOWs, and governs financial reviews and approvals. Works with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to plan release schedules across products. Fosters collaboration between delivery pods and stakeholders at the product level. Manages delivery team metrics to evaluate progress against milestones. Leads regular Scrum-of-Scrum meetings to drive alignment and resolve blockers. Facilitates program increment (PI) sessions and associated planning events across delivery pods. Supports product teams with delivery of new features while enabling self-organization and process optimization. Drives and maintains long-term cross-functional strategy, including capacity, report lifecycle, and priority management. Ensures team meets security and governance requirements and understands engineering delivery processes and change management. Drives day-to-day delivery, removing impediments that affect productivity. Supports Product Manager with system demos to demonstrate product integration to stakeholders. Ensures effective cross-portfolio communication, collaboration, and engagement. Leads program increment retrospectives to identify improvements. Investigates, manages, and processes change requests to baselined scope. Manages and escalates compliance and security issues to appropriate stakeholders. Sets clear expectations and ensures obligations are met. Manages Quarterly Business Review meetings with vendors and partners and negotiates contractual terms for required work. Required

5+ years’ experience as a Delivery Manager and/or Program/Project Manager leading development teams in Agile and Waterfall environments. Experience developing project standards, dashboards, and health metrics for executive decision-making. Demonstrates leadership and team-building skills with ability to influence and motivate cross-group teams. Understanding of Resource Management and related practices. Experience managing project financials, supplier contracts, and budgets across a program or portfolio. Proven track record of successful delivery and cross-functional collaboration with business and IT. Experience designing and implementing Agile processes, particularly Scaled Agile practices. Expertise in Agile processes, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban; provides guidance and best practices. Ability to create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and critical paths. High responsiveness, strong sense of urgency, and positive attitude. Strong written and oral communication, including presentation skills. Experience managing risks, issues, decisions across the program landscape. Ability to problem solve and develop workable solutions quickly. Excellent delegation skills with strong follow-up. Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs. Recommended

Proficient in project management tools such as ServiceNow Portfolio & Program module, SmartSheet, and/or MS Project. Experience with agile management tools such as ServiceNow Scrum Programs or Azure DevOps. PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe RTE certifications. Required Documents
