Delivery Manager
are responsible for the overall solution delivery and support of large-scale programs with complex integrations. Delivery Managers manage communication across program stakeholders, define mitigation strategies to remediate risks & issues, and assist teams to ensure that the value delivered aligns to the product vision defined by product managers. will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple medium to large-scale projects using Waterfall methodology, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals. This role leads SAP, iSeries, and cloud-based initiatives, supporting applications across the U.S., Canada, and international regions. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple initiatives concurrently, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality project outcomes. The Delivery Manager will also manage financial tracking, stakeholder relationships, support Product Owners, and provide clear, timely communication and progress reporting to senior leadership and the broader organization. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure disciplined project execution and delivery of measurable business value. 8-10 years minimum of hands-on Project Management experience, specifically managing complex, enterprise-scale projects using Waterfall methodology. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is required. Strong understanding of project management frameworks, process groups, and phase-gated delivery models. Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Ability to demonstrate expertise in risk and issue management with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience leading cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and vendor partners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to all levels of stakeholders. Experience in PMO environments with structured governance and reporting requirements. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent. Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong understanding of Resource Management and the value of effectively managing resources across multiple projects. Demonstrated experience in planning, leading, and delivering highly technical IT solutions, coordinating across multiple business and IT teams to meet project objectives. In-depth knowledge of the SDLC, with hands-on experience leading development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Takes full accountability for project success and drives teams toward results. Ensures accuracy in plans, schedules, and deliverables. Communicates clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels. Able to anticipate and resolve project issues before they become critical risks. Able to adjust to evolving business needs while maintaining project structure and discipline. Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors. Always considers business impact and user needs in project delivery. Recommended
Experience working with Financial Control systems, SAP, iSeries, and various Material Management systems. Experience with DevOps, including CI/CD.
