As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities within our existing client base and uncovering new clients. You will focus on customer acquisition, making outbound calls to potential clients, business referrals, and web leads. You will work closely with partners and the sales team to introduce new and existing products, foster strong relationships, and support revenue goals. Responsibilities

Cultivate, nurture, and strengthen relationships with partners and clients. Engage in proactive outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities. Understand customer needs and consultatively offer product solutions and services. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets. Introduce and position new and existing products within a designated territory. Record all daily activities in CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) with accuracy. Research leads using web searches, business directories, digital resources, and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic approaches and deliver qualified opportunities. Track performance metrics to ensure consistent progress toward goals. Direct customers to appropriate resellers for demonstrations and events. Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into business opportunities. Maintain a deep understanding of products, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Uphold and communicate brand identity and corporate positioning. What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a passionate, energetic sales professional who excels at building meaningful relationships and thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is motivated by the art of selling, enjoys connecting with customers, and is driven to exceed targets. You should have a proven track record of sales success, strong communication skills, and a desire to be part of a team that values collaboration, growth, and innovation. Qualifications

Must be based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (West Coast region preferred). Comfortable making outbound calls and connecting with new people daily. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. Persuasive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Previous inside sales, outbound call center, Sales Development Rep, or related experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the video, pro-AV, or digital media industries is a strong plus. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or related field is a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with digital media management, IP/streaming, digital projection, or connectivity solutions is an advantage. Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with enthusiasm and professionalism. Ability to occasionally travel to sales events or trade shows. Benefits
