Annapolis Junction, MD . The team is seeking a system administrator to provide support to a
RHEL High Performance Computing Cluster
to optimize an enterprise network for the Maryland Intelligence Customer. Clearance: Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph, Full Scope Poly (MD Customer) preferred Location: Kent, WA This job opens for applications on 9/15/2025. Design and implement secure systems using best practices in software and systems engineering. Provide comprehensive IT support in secure lab environments, covering desktops to servers. Manage system access, apply patches, and plan hardware/software releases for HPC clusters Support classified networks and ensure adherence to security compliance standards. Administer and maintain Linux systems, including virtualized environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues; automate tasks using scripting tools. Integrate and maintain applications and infrastructure in alignment with RMF/JSIG standards. Qualifications
Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph required, Full Scope Polygraph (MD) preferred to be considered Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 5+ years of prior relevant experience Strong background in Linux and Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with IT hardware, networking equipment, and HPC systems. Experience with tools such as Cadence, Atlassian, DOORS, GitHub Experience with embedded Linux and VxWorks Experience managing and integrating virtual machines Compensation
