Job Description EHS Compliance Manager Key Duties:

Lead environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Manage safety initiatives including emergency response, spill response, incident command, and personal safety programs.

Oversee regulatory compliance areas such as wastewater pretreatment, hazardous waste management, emissions tracking, and agency reporting.

Develop and deliver training programs to build employee awareness of EHS policies, standards, and requirements.

Support and manage projects focused on improving safety, compliance, and risk mitigation within the manufacturing environment.

The Successful Applicant The successful Candidate:

Holds a bachelor\'s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5-7 years of industry experience.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of EHS regulations and the ability to interact effectively with agencies such as OSHA, EPA, and local authorities.

Skilled in developing safety programs, leading compliance initiatives, and delivering impactful training across diverse teams.

A hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and can balance strategic oversight with on-the-ground execution.
