Infosys is seeking a
Technical Test Lead
(UFT Technical Test Lead) for the US. You will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, review the functionality of existing systems, conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy and design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will collaborate with talented professionals to create innovative, high-quality, defect-free solutions to meet client business needs. Location & Travel Candidates should be located within commuting distance of
Kennesaw, GA
or
Plano, TX , or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
Act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.
Perform requirement analysis, define test strategy and design, and lead test execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with product and project teams to deliver innovative, defect-free solutions that meet client needs.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
4 years of Information Technology experience.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of
Kennesaw, GA
or
Plano, TX
or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.

At least 4 years of software testing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using
UFT and VB script . If candidate has Selenium/Java-only experience, they should be willing to work with UFT.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to translate requirements into automation scripts.
Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify bugs and performance issues.
Maintain and enhance the automation framework for scalability and reusability.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
Document test results, log defects, and track them to closure using tools like
JIRA
or other test management tools.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to QA best practices.
Willingness to work 3 days a week out of office.
