As part of the New Products Planning (NPP) Team, this is an opportunity to be a key stakeholder in driving and shaping the pipeline of the company. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure optimal market access for new products in early development. This includes analyzing barriers to market access, developing value demonstration strategies and supporting new product planning to ensure successful launches. Responsibilities
Develop and implement market access strategies for new products in early development. Analyze market access barriers and opportunities in different geographies and therapeutic areas. Develop compelling value propositions that demonstrate the clinical, economic, and patient-centered value of the product. Monitor and analyze healthcare policies and regulations that may impact market access. Analyze and translate economic and clinical data into simple compelling messages for stakeholders to drive access and reimbursement. Develop and execute market access plans for product launches, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy. Prepare health economic analyses and budget impact models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical development, medical affairs, business development and commercial teams. Engage with external stakeholders, such as payers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred A minimum of 6+ years in Pharma new product planning / marketing access Specialty in Pharmaceuticals and worked in different therapy areas Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry within commercial, medical, payer or academic institution Good understanding of payers and reimbursement landscape Working knowledge of pharmaco-economic principles Ability to manage cross functional projects Ability to analyze complex models and scientific data and draw out key messages Understanding of FDA, ACCME, PhRMA regulations Proficiency in Microsoft office suite with strong command of excel Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task among competing priorities Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment at varying levels within the organization The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $145,500 to $178,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
