What You’ll Be Brewing
Develop, maintain, and train stakeholders on the full suite of pricing analytics tools to drive our revenue management strategy, including price increases, P&L management (break-even), and various sales lever effectiveness
Identify opportunities for pricing-focused research, analysis and work across retail and distributor sales teams
Team up with sales partners to lead the development and dissemination of pricing guidance and guardrails
Support Region Revenue Management Teams with Non-Alc leadership, training, & development
Liaise with brand & channel teams to support new product business reviews and price-based opportunity assessment, implementation, track execution, and post-review
Leverage IRI syndicated and STR Data to optimize pricing and ROI of investments
Regularly train and retrain teams on revenue management 101 and the nuances of non-alc trade spend types
You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field OR equivalent (5+ years) progressive experience in pricing
Revenue Management experience ideally within beverage
Solid understanding of pricing economics/P&L
Knowledge of pricing and price promotion dynamics utilizing syndicated data (ACNielsen, IRI)
Excellent Microsoft (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.) skills and good relational database management
You love a challenge – you complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings:
Salary range for this role is $107,000.00 to $140,400.00. Posting salary reflects good-faith belief at posting time. Pay decisions are based on location, experience, skill, and internal equity. The package includes a 15% target short-term incentive and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement with employer matching, wellness incentives, and paid time off.
