Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and internal teams. Identify and resolve project challenges promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns. Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships effectively. Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes. A successful Senior Project Manager: Commercial Construction should have: A strong background in commercial construction project management. Expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. A thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and compliance standards.
