Litigation Attorney

with experience in Business/Corporate litigation. This position would earn a

MUST

2+ years of Corporate Litigation experience

with heavy emphasis on

Motion practice, Written Discovery, Depositions, Pleadings, Legal Research, Trial/preparation –

(1 st

or 2 nd

chair)

. Strong experience litigating

Employment disputes (employer side)

including

Wrongful Termination, Allegations, Wage Disputes, Discrimination and Harassment

is a

MUST . Demonstrated experience litigating issues involving

Trade Secrets, Corporate Dissolutions, Non-Competition issues, Shareholder disputes, Corporate Governance, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, or Fraudulent Transfers

is a

MUST . Juris Doctor degree

from an accredited Law School with

California Bar admission
