Law Clerk (Attorney) — Location: McLean, VA Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly Position Overview At JMark, legal expertise is mission-critical to supporting the Intelligence Community (IC). We are seeking Law Clerks (Attorneys) across multiple discipline levels to conduct in-depth legal research, review sensitive documentation, and ensure compliance with national security legal frameworks. This role requires a JD and specialized knowledge of statutes, regulations, and executive orders governing intelligence operations, including FISA and EO 12333. Key Responsibilities
Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct specialized research on case law, statutes, regulations, and executive orders relevant to the IC and national security. Produce clear, actionable legal products to support IC decision-making. Provide accurate, timely guidance on intelligence-related legal issues. Document Review & Redaction: Review documents for legal sufficiency, privilege, FOIA, and Privacy Act exemptions. Recommend appropriate redactions for different audiences and flag sensitive intelligence sources/methods for possible exemption. Case Management & Compliance: Track compliance and manage cases in line with IC-specific legal and regulatory frameworks. Support discovery, ensuring adherence to protocols for handling CUI and classified information. Success Factors

Required Juris Doctor (JD). 0–15+ years of experience in national security, intelligence, or government legal research (multi-discipline levels available). Expertise in FISA, EO 12333, Privacy Act, and FOIA frameworks. Strong analytical, writing, and document review skills. Preferred Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD legal operations.
