www.draper.com . Job Description Summary: The Senior Corporate Space Planner creates short and long-term occupancy and space utilization strategies for Draper’s headquarters and satellite locations. This role supports executive reporting, analytics, and strategic real estate decisions. Responsibilities: Conduct surveys of existing space and update drawings to reflect the as-built environment. Implement and manage a space planning tool for scenario planning and reporting. Create high-level space utilization plans aligned with organizational efficiency and budget constraints. Develop, present, and execute approved space plans to optimize office and lab environments. Conduct annual space utilization audits. Establish facilities master plans and standards. Manage interior design, wayfinding, and emergency signage within facilities. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent analytical and data analysis skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail. Prior experience in space management. Proficiency with AutoCAD and space planning tools. Ability to review design and construction documents. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Experience: 7-10 years in a space planning role. Additional Requirements: Must obtain and maintain a government security clearance; a top-secret clearance is required.
