Employment-Based Immigration Paralegal

Ganey Law Group is looking to hire a detail-oriented, Immigration Paralegal. This role involves supporting our team in managing and preparing immigration cases, maintaining client communication, and ensuring efficient case administration. This is a hybrid position and is essential to the smooth functioning of our firm.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough case analysis and gather necessary documentation. Assist the team in preparing and filing employment-based and family-based immigration petitions and applications, including but not limited to EB-5, E-2, L-1, O-1, etc. Support EB-5 matters specifically by gathering, organizing, and analyzing source of funds documentation. Manage case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines by prioritizing assignments based on urgency and importance, ensuring all legal documents, filings, and client communications are completed accurately and submitted on time. Communicate effectively and regularly with clients, government agencies, and internal teams. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely and effective case progression. Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 12 months of experience as an immigration paralegal, preferably with EB-5 cases. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with immigration case management software is advantageous but not required. Fluency in a second language is advantageous but not required. What to Expect
