About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic leader to oversee People and Operations, including HR, DEI, recruiting, compliance, office management, and compensation. This executive role aligns talent strategies with organizational goals and drives planning, process improvement, and change management. Candidates must come out of a non-profit organization and have prior supervisory duties.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR strategy, performance management, and employee engagement.
Oversee internal operations, compliance, and vendor management.
Advise executive leadership and collaborate on staffing budgets.
Present workforce and DEI updates to the board.
Represent the organization externally and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in HR or related field.
6–8 years in HR/operations, including 2+ years in executive leadership.
Experience in mission-driven or nonprofit settings.
Strong knowledge of employment law, DEI, and HRIS systems.
Core Competencies
Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
Commitment to equity and mission-driven work.
Ability to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration.
A comprehensive benefit plan is offered including medical, dental, vision.
Pay Details:
$120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
