The Department of Office of Graduate Studies is seeking a full-time
Manager, Programs . The Manager oversees and coordinates the daily operations of assigned University programs, aligning with the institution’s academic and strategic goals. The role focuses on delivering high-quality programs to faculty, staff, and stakeholders, providing programmatic updates to Directors, and ensuring deadlines are met.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
Plan, implement, evaluate, and monitor program development.
Implement project plans for professional development programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for efficient program operation.
Evaluate the effectiveness of program activities.
Manage operations within budget.
Collect, manage, and report program data.
Develop relationships with internal and external entities.
Recruit, supervise, and evaluate work-study students.
Assess internal controls and compliance with policies.
This list is not exhaustive and may include other duties as necessary.
CORE QUALIFICATIONS Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
