Customs Entry Writer

Responsibilities
Prepare and submit customs entries for import shipments (air & ocean)
Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs and related regulatory requirements
Communicate with clients, customs brokers, and government agencies
Resolve delays or discrepancies in the clearance process
Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and internal review
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in customs brokerage or import operations
Strong working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and HTS classification
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with systems like Cargowise or similar platforms preferred
Must be comfortable working full-time in an office-based environment
