Job Description:
Interpret neuro, abdominal, and chest imaging (body CTs, chest CTs, neuro CTs, plain films), MR imaging of the body/neuro, and diagnostic ultrasound. Supervise performance of technical personnel. Take evening/after-hours/weekend calls at UHT or other locations as required. Cover UMH, UMHC, Lennar, and other satellites remotely from UHT; coverage at other areas may be necessary. Exercise quality assurance related to emergency imaging and diagnostic radiology. Provide diagnostic imaging consultations as requested. Provide emergency patient care related to imaging as required in the radiology practice setting. Assume administrative responsibilities related to emergency and diagnostic imaging at UHT/UMHC. Participate in teaching activities related to emergency/trauma and acute care radiology, including technological radiology educational programs and continuing medical education. Serve on departmental and university committees and provide service as requested. Accept assignments as determined by the department chair. Abdominal/body imaging, MSK, neuro, or emergency fellowship required. Additional Information:
