BCBA Lead
to join our team at Gersh Autism Academy in the Cougar Mountain location. This is a full-time, 12-month position. The
BCBA Lead
will manage a personal caseload while also supervising, mentoring, and training BCBA candidates and behavior support staff. Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of students, including conducting assessments and developing individualised treatment plans Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans Provide leadership and mentorship to BCBA candidates and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Lead clinical meetings and ensure fidelity of programming through ongoing observation and data review Provide staff training and performance feedback to teachers, paraprofessionals, and classroom support staff Facilitate parent training sessions (1:1 and group-based), ensuring family involvement and collaboration Deliver community training sessions as needed (e.g., first responders, support personnel) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including school leadership, therapists, and families Support professional development of team members through regular coaching and performance evaluations Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with the Washington Department of Health Minimum 5 years of experience providing ABA services to children with autism Prior experience supervising BCBA candidates and/or behavior technicians required Experience conducting and interpreting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA, and other assessments Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Completion of 8-hour supervision training as required by BACB CPR/First Aid/BLS and HIV Awareness Training preferred Working Conditions
Location: Cougar Mountain (will also travel to Bellevue location as needed) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a-3:45p School-based setting Schedule
