$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Senior Project Manager – San Francisco Education:
Bachelor’s in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred) About the Role: We’re seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to lead commercial projects, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior staff while driving project success from planning through closeout. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the San Francisco office. About You: You’re an experienced project manager with deep knowledge of the construction and real estate industry. You thrive in fast-paced environments, anticipate challenges, and deliver proactive solutions. You enjoy mentoring, building collaborative relationships, and consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day project management, including schedule, budget, and consultant coordination Act as primary client contact, guiding them through all project stages Anticipate issues and resolve proactively Oversee project reporting, vendor coordination, procurement, and contracts Prepare documentation including RFPs, schedules, action logs, and meeting minutes Support proposals, fee development, and client presentations Represent the team in meetings with architects, contractors, and ownership groups Qualifications: 8–15 years of project management experience in commercial real estate or construction Strong knowledge of the Bay Area market (permitting, vendors, local industry) Experience across project types (tenant improvements, hospitality, education, ground-up) Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Familiarity with Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred Core Competencies: Deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects Build lasting client relationships and repeat business Provide trusted leadership and mentorship to colleagues Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Seniority level:
