Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr
About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in San Francisco. This person will lead a range of commercial projects while supporting client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the overall success of the office.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable managing fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal team members to keep projects on track, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables from early planning through closeout.
We’re a hybrid team, and this role requires being in the San Francisco office at least three days per week to support collaboration, culture, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day management of active projects, including consultant coordination, schedule oversight, and budget tracking
Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through every step of the project
Anticipate issues before they arise and offer proactive solutions
Manage project reporting, vendor coordination, and procurement logs
Support internal resourcing, staffing updates, and team development
Assist with proposals, fee development, and pitch support as needed
Represent G&T in meetings with architects, contractors, and ownership groups
Manage and perform all tasks required to deliver a project
Contract review and development
Industry benchmarking
Effectively develop documentation including the following
RFP’s
Action items matrices
Meeting minutes and agendas
Participate in client presentations for new work
Comfortably and efficiently chairs project meetings
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
8–15 years of relevant project management experience in commercial real estate or construction
Deep knowledge of the Bay Area market—local permitting, vendors, and industry landscape
Experience across project types including tenant improvements, hospitality, education, museums, or ground‑up development
Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
Able to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Familiarity with Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
Physical Requirements
Attend weekly project meetings on active construction sites. Ability to travel to these locations required.
