Position Overview The IFI Cloud Service includes a wide array of components including web services, application servers, and databases. The Principal Cloud DevOps Engineer will be responsible for deploying and maintaining the IFIaaS applications in Hybrid Cloud environments. The role includes functional management of IFIaaS cloud environments, applications, networks, scoping projects, and resolution of application and network issues. This role involves maintaining CI/CD pipelines, optimizing cloud and on-prem operations, and participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure high availability and performance. Responsibilities

Implement and support a hybrid cloud environment in Microsoft Azure and on-premises. Contribute, leading when assigned, to the design and deployment of IFIaaS service initiatives Responsible for IFIaaS application reliability, maintenance, and upgrades Contribute to service operations center focusing on proactively analyzing data within toolset to ensure uptime and quality of service Perform product evaluations and make product recommendations Implement system enhancements (software) and automation opportunities to improve performance and reliability of the IFIaaS solution Update Build Books, automation and create new templates as required Manage activities with integrity in accordance with the organization’s policies, systems, practices, and programs Provide escalation assistance to resolve technology stack related issues Perform incident analysis and problem resolution Perform data analysis to measure quality of service and scalability of the system Collaborate with network architects to design and implement functional company networks Work with Networking CoE team to create and implement network security measures Coach and mentor junior engineering staff Conduct regular network performance tests Scope Epics and User Stories and support weekly sprint planning Deal with escalated application support issues Contribute to the operations support model and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and off-hours maintenance windows as assigned Other duties and projects as required Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years of experience in IT deployments Extensive experience with enterprise-level micro-services applications, including deployment and maintenance in distributed environments Extensive hands-on experience with DevOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, etc.) and networks, network security, and high-level managerial skills Flexibility to support a 24x7 on-call rotation and off-hours maintenance as needed About Entrust

The actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
