Requisition ID: 2025-50815 Location: US-FL-Sunrise Position Type: Full Time HR Rep / Recruiter: Marcia Harrison Contact: marcia.harrison@pediatrix.com Responsibilities The Software Engineer III is responsible for developing automation, testing, documenting, and ensuring the quality of applications designed, developed and implemented by the Information Services department conform to user requirements, functional specifications, and detailed design documents. Individual has responsibility of maintaining the health of QA environment Database and application servers. Test Automation & Framework Development Develop automated test scripts and reusable test libraries

Design and implement automation frameworks for Service, API, UI, and report testing

Convert manual test cases into automated scripts

Write custom testing tools to support platform validation

Participate in the development of a scalable automation platform

Performance & Load Testing Automate load and performance tests across various application layers

Perform stress and regression testing on new and existing applications

Code & Test Review Conduct white-box testing and code inspections

Participate in design and code reviews of test scripts

Perform peer reviews of test plans, procedures, and scripts

Continuous Integration & Infrastructure Set up and maintain build and automation VM infrastructure

Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines

Maintain test servers, build controllers, and test agents

Integrate Selenium, Ranorex, or Coded UI with Microsoft Test Manager

Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with development teams to debug and replicate issues

Perform integration testing in collaboration with developers

Capture, analyze, and manage defects through resolution

Report test results using TFS Test Manager or web access

Business & UAT Support Review business and functional requirements and use cases

Collaborate with business partners to conduct UAT testing

Ensure testing efforts align with project timelines and budgets

Reporting & Data Validation Create and test SQL and SSRS reports

Schedule and monitor SSRS jobs for system testing

Generate custom reports from TFS data warehouse to support business needs

Qualifications Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Preferably in computer science or related fields.

7 to 10+ years of development experience in .Net and SQL Server. Experience with design and developing software applications & database to support the complex application.

Experience using the TFS work flow in SDLC phase.

Experience of Microsoft Test Manager is preferred.

Experience on SharePoint development, web part setup and testing is a plus.

Experience with Visual Studio Test Professional and Visual Studio Coded UI tools is a plus.

Experience working in Agile or CMMI environment is preferred.

TFS Administration experience with TFS upgrade, TFS maintenance experience is a plus.

Skills/Knowledge: Must be self-managing, highly motivated and have a strong commitment to quality.

Strong knowledge of Outsystems required.

Ability to develop/test SSRS and reporting server reports is preferred.

Strong knowledge of healthcare information systems both financial and clinical is a plus.

MCSD certification in Application Lifecycle Management is a plus.
