We are looking for experienced PLM Solution Consultant who will play a key role in implementing successful customer deployments of Aras Innovator solutions. This role will support the technical implementation team in the planning, elaboration, design, construction, and transition of solutions that exceed customer requirements. As a PLM Solution Consultant you will work collaboratively with other consultants, architects to aid in the successful deployment of enterprise PLM implementations.

Core Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and documentation of customer requirements through the delivery of workshops and interviews

Develop requirements specifications, Use Cases, and functional specifications Transform customer requirements to technical solutions through a thorough understanding of the Aras Innovator suite of tools Lead the creation of project deliverables including both technical and business elements

Facilitates delivery projects with minimal supervision

Provides PLM guidance for business needs and can develop associated functional designs Configures solutions using Aras Innovator that meet customer expectations Develops User Stories for customer requirements based on Use Cases, business requirements, and functional specifications Leads development resources (onshore and offshore) in the configuration and development of software solutions Light development coding of the solution as necessary Facilitates training and solution demonstrations with the customer base

Lead or participate in the delivery of Proof-of-Concept engagements at key prospects. Skills

Professionally interact and communicate with customers and internal team members. Clearly demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision. Have a thorough understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies with experience leading teams in an Agile / Scrum environment Must be able to write clear, understandable Requirements, SOW, Specification documents, and Use Cases. Knowledgeable in DevOps & CI/CD practices for Agile software development Demonstrated experience with data modeling techniques, data migration techniques SQL Server, SQL Scripting, and Microsoft Office products. Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Must have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal individuals and external customers. Must be an effective communicator in difficult customer situations. Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3-5 years of PLM deployment experience. Proven track record with successful software deployments for large enterprise customers. Knowledge and experience with SAFe Agile principles. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc. Experience in one or more of the following verticals: Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Industrial, Aerospace & Defense, Shipbuilding. Must be able to travel 50%, primarily regional with frequent1-2-day trips as required. Candidates must have industry knowledge of any of the following: Engineering Change processes (CMII), Phase Gate Project Management, Quality systems processes, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, Manufacturing Process Planning, Simulation Data / Process Management, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
