Director, Financial Systems

Oura is seeking a Director of Financial Systems to develop and execute the strategic roadmap for our financial technology stack. The ideal candidate will optimize and scale our ERP (NetSuite) and other critical financial systems, ensuring compliance with SOC2, SOX, and other regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities include: Developing and co-owning the strategic roadmap for our ERP (NetSuite) and core financial applications Partnering with Accounting and FP&A teams to streamline financial operations, automate processes, and enhance reporting capabilities Ensuring strong controls, compliance, and audit readiness Leading and mentoring a team of business systems analysts Collaborating cross-functionally with IT, Security, Privacy, and external partners Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field 10+ years of experience managing financial systems, with a focus on ERP platforms such as NetSuite 5+ years of NetSuite experience Strong functional knowledge of core accounting processes as they relate to NetSuite ERP Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams Benefits: Competitive salary and equity packages Health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources An Oura Ring of your own plus employee discounts for friends and family 20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time off Oura is an equal opportunity workplace and celebrates diversity.
