As Director of one of our Tumor Immunology Research teams, you'll lead a passionate team of in vitro scientists dedicated to driving drug discovery projects from target selection through to preclinical development. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and guiding your team in designing impactful in vitro experiments that empower data-informed decisions. Initiating new projects and leading cross-functional drug discovery teams. Acting as the research lead for development projects and evaluating external assets. To be successful in this role, you should have: A PhD or another advanced degree in Immunology, Oncology, Cancer Biology, or a related field, with over 8 years of industry experience. More than 5 years of leadership experience, demonstrating a successful track record in mentoring and team development. Deep expertise in tumor immunology drug discovery, translational research, and preparing documentation for regulatory health authorities. Preferred skills include: Proficiency in designing, executing, and interpreting in vitro assays for drug discovery, with strong knowledge in tumor models and pharmacology experiments. An extensive background in NBE modalities, including T cell engagers. Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to integrate information from various sources to make sound, data-informed decisions. We offer a competitive salary range of $167,000 - $250,400 and a range of employee benefits, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and a 401(k) matching program.
