As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, respond to their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest the most suitable solutions. In this role, you will be crucial in addressing customer concerns promptly to guarantee maximum satisfaction, while also staying informed about the latest product features and maintaining our store's high-quality and visual standards.
Your responsibilities will involve customer interaction, which may include minors, and you will have access to cash, payment methods, personal information, and store merchandise. Due to this access, we require a review of any criminal history to ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and the reputation of our business.
The selected candidate will be expected to work within 5 miles of Store #1144 Northern Blvd, South Abington Township, PA 18411-2222.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers in person or over the phone, determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Build trusting relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions in line with policies. Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain detailed work order files and product formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as necessary. Mix and tint products to customer specifications when needed. Restock shelves and set up product displays. Keep store equipment clean and operational. Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks. Help with deliveries as required. Maintain assigned areas in a presentable condition. Stay knowledgeable about products to assist customers effectively. Follow inventory control procedures diligently. Propose methods to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 70 lbs. occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends. If internal, a performance appraisal rating of at least meets expectations (3) is required. Must complete all HR Cloud eLearning courses necessary for your role if internal. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service. Previous experience in selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
