$16.00/hr + $1.25 Shift Premium =
$17.25/hr Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Fridays may be added as overtime if production increases) Training:
2 weeks on day shift before transferring to nights About the Role We're looking for a flexible, detail-oriented Secondary/Assembly Operator to join our night shift team. This is a smaller crew that mainly works in Assembly and Secondary Operations, handling tasks such as burring parts and occasionally running a drilling machine when needed. Responsibilities
Assemble parts at assigned workstations to meet production requirements Coordinate all components needed to build the final product Inspect parts, identify defects, and separate flawed components Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area Accurately record labor hours and production counts Replenish workstations for the next shift Sit for extended periods as required Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule Details
Current schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM Overtime: Fridays may be added if production demands increase When production is busy, a 5-day, 10-hour shift schedule may become standard
Qualifications
Ability to train on day shift for 2 weeks before transitioning to nights Comfortable working in assembly or secondary operations Attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to be flexible and assist where needed
