Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to be a core builder of our initial AI solutions. Your first responsibility will be to develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for our highest-impact use cases, such as creating a basic component recommender or a simple step-optimization algorithm. As these solutions mature, you will be responsible for building them into robust, scalable, and production-ready AI models. You will work closely with the AI Architect to bring the technical vision to life and lay the groundwork for our future AI-powered products. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for prototypes and production systems. Analyze and preprocess large datasets for model training and validation. Conduct experiments to test and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy. Collaborate with the AI Architect, product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our products. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and debug AI applications to resolve technical issues. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proven experience in AI and machine learning model development. Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with data manipulation and scientific computing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate. Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!
